Abstract

本发明公开了一种采用精密芯棒测头在位测量大型直齿轮廓形偏差的方法,属于大型齿轮测量的技术领域。采用精密芯棒测头与被测齿轮渐开线齿廓时刻保持相切接触,沿与被测齿轮轴线有一定距离且交叉的直线方向平移芯棒测头,在被测齿轮廓面的约束下,芯棒测头产生微小转角,测量获取芯棒测头的位移和转角,最终求解得到被测齿轮的廓形偏差。本发明解决了大型齿轮测量中遇到的测量基准选择困难,齿轮惯性大,测量效率低等问题。
The invention discloses a method for large spur gear profile deviation in-site measurement adopting a precise core rod measuring head, and belongs to the technical field of large gear measurement. The precise core rod measuring head and involute profile of a measured gear keep tangent contact at all times, and the core rod measuring head is moved parallelly in the direction of a straight line which is away from the axis of the measured gear and intersects with the axis of the measured gear. Under the constraint of the profile of the measured gear, the core rod measuring head generates a tiny rotation angle, a displacement and the rotation angle of the core rod measuring head are obtained through measurement, and a profile deviation of the measured gear is finally obtained through a solution. The method solves the problems such as a measurement reference selection difficulty, a large gear inertia and low measurement efficiency which are encountered in measurement of a large gear.
