Abstract

用于固体电蓄热锅炉的风冷保温装置,固体蓄热体外设有内外风道,循环风机向内风道吹风,气流在内风道前方底部分成两股,随内风道中层水平导风隔板,沿左右两侧、向后吹动,至内风道左右两侧的内风道垂直导风隔板。从缺口向上吹到内风道侧面高处,在内风道高层水平导风隔板的导引下,左右两侧水平折返吹动,汇合于内风道中层水平导风隔板上部。上升吹动进入顶部水平内风道,由前向后水平吹动,至后部内风道,由上向下垂直吹动,经内风道出风口进入固体蓄热体,进入换热器。辅助循环风机把气流送入外风道,单向螺旋上升循环,经外风道顶部贯通管路送入换热器。本设计结构巧妙,实用性强,成本低,易于制作安装。
The invention discloses an air-cooling heat-insulation device for a solid electric heat storage boiler. An inner air flue and an outer air flue are arranged outside a solid heat storage body; a circulating blower blows air to the inner air flue; air current is divided into two strands at the bottom of the front part of the inner air flue and the air is blown along the left side and the right side of an inner air flue middle-layered horizontal air guiding partition plate and toward the rear side of the inner air flue middle-layered horizontal air guiding partition plate to inner air flue vertical air guiding partition plates arranged on the left side and the right side of the inner air flue; the air current is blown upwards to the high part of the side of the inner air flue from a gap; and under the guidance of inner air flue high-layered horizontal air guiding partition plates, the air current is blown in a manner of horizontally turning back between the left side and the right side, and is converged on the upper part of the inner air flue middle-layered horizontal air guiding partition plate. The air current raises and is blown into a top horizontal inner air flue,is blown horizontally from front to back to the back inner air flue, and is vertically blown from top to bottom, enters the solid heat storage body through an air outlet of the inner air flue and enters a heat exchange. An auxiliary circulating blower feeds the air into an outer air flue, is lifted in a one-way spiral manner and circulated, and is fed into the heat exchanger through an outer air flue top through pipeline.
