本发明公开了一种电动车电瓶抗震锁,包括车体,所述车体包括电瓶和电瓶座,所述电瓶连接电瓶座,所述电瓶设置有插头,所述插头设置有锁槽,所述电瓶座设置有按键和插套,所述插套设置有锁扣,所述锁扣连接按键,所述电瓶与电瓶座连接时,所述插头连接插套,所述锁槽连接锁扣,所述按键开启时,所述锁扣自动解锁,所述按键关闭时,所述锁扣自动上锁,所述插套的底部设置有弹性装置,所述弹性装置能够在插套受力时具有缓冲的效果。本发明的电瓶插口使用时间久、寿命长,能够在电动车取出电瓶时,使用方便和简单。
The invention discloses an anti-vibration lock for a battery jar of an electric vehicle, comprising a vehicle body, wherein the vehicle body comprises a battery jar and a battery jar base; the battery jar is connected with the battery jar base; the battery jar is provided with a plug; the plug is provided with a lock groove; the battery jar base is provided with a key and a plug bush; the plug bush is provided with a lock catch; the lock catch is connected with the key; when the battery jar is connected with the battery jar base, the plug is connected with the plug bush, and the lock groove is connected with the lock catch; when the key is turned on, the lock catch is automatically unlocked; when the key is turned off, the lock catch is automatically locked; an elastic device is arranged at the bottom of the plug bush; and the elastic device can have a buffer effect when the plug bush is stressed. According to the invention, a battery jar socket is long in service time and long in service life and is convenient and simple in use when the battery jar of the electric vehicle is taken out.
