Abstract

The invention discloses a gear machining method. The gear machining method comprises the following steps: blanking; casting a gear blank; normalizing the gear blank; maintaining the normalizing temperature at 65 to 70 DEG C for 60 to 80 minutes in the normalization treatment process; carrying out gear cutting on the normalized gear blank to obtain a first semi-finished product; welding a connecting seat on the first semi-finished product to obtain a second semi-finished product; deburring the second semi-finished product to obtain a third semi-finished product; carrying out shot blasting treatment on the third semi-finished product to obtain a fourth semi-finished product; heating the fourth semi-finished product to obtain a fifth semi-finished product, wherein the heating temperature is 950 to 1000 DEG C and is maintained for 5-6 hours in the heating process; and cooling the fifth semi-finished product and clearing the fifth semi-finished product after cooling is ended so as to obtain a finished gear product. The method disclosed by the invention can prolong the service life of the gear, improve the quality of the gear, reduce the rejection rate and lower the cost.
本发明公开了一种齿轮的加工方法,方法的步骤中含有:下料;铸造齿轮毛坯;对齿轮毛坯正火处理;正火处理时,正火温度保持在65℃~70℃,持续时间为60分钟~80分钟;对正火处理后的齿轮毛坯切齿,得到第一半成品;在第一半成品上焊接连接座,得到第二半成品;对第二半成品去毛刺处理,得到第三半成品;对第三半成品进行喷丸处理,得到第四半成品;对第四半成品进行加热处理,得到第五半成品;其中,加热时,加热温度为950℃~1000℃,并且保温时间持续5~6小时;对第五半成品进行冷却处理,待冷却处理后对第五半成品进行清理,从而得到齿轮成品。本发明方法能够提高齿轮的使用寿命,提高齿轮的质量,降低废品率,节约成本。
