Abstract

The invention relates to a health green tea and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of tea beverage. The health green tea is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-90 parts of Lingyun pekoe tea fresh leaves, 3-5 parts of fresh rhizoma phragmitis, 3-5 parts of lotus leaves, and 2-6 parts of Chinese wolfberry fruits. The health green tea has high product quality and has the health effect; and the green tea prepared by the invention can not only preserve the nutritional components in the tea, but also greatly shorten the processing time without destroying the original flavor of the green tea, thereby improving the economic benefit.
本发明涉及一种保健绿茶及其制作方法,属于茶饮品技术领域。所述保健绿茶,以重量份计,由如下原料制成:凌云白毫茶鲜叶80~90份、鲜芦根3~5份、荷叶3~5份、枸杞子2~6份。本发明所述绿茶产品质量高,同时具有保健功效;本发明制备出的绿茶不仅能够保持茶叶中的营养成分,在不破坏绿茶原有风味的同时,大幅度的缩短其加工时间,提高了经济效益。
