H-ZF72 optical glass and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses H-ZF72 optical glass and a preparation method thereof. The H-ZF72 optical glass is prepared from the following chemical components in parts by weight: 5 to 9 parts of NaPO3, 1 to 8 parts of Ba(PO3)3, 10 to 18.5 parts of TiO2, 42 to 55 parts of Nb2O5, 2 to 3.5 parts of KPO3, 0.15 to 0.36 part of K2CO3, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of SiO2 and 2 to 7 parts of B2O3. The H-ZF72 optical glass disclosed by the invention does not contain PbO, As2O3 and CdO which are greatly harmful to the environment; furthermore, the refractive index (nd) of the product is 1.92286 to 1.92310, and the abbe number (Vd) is 18.00 to 19.00. The H-ZF72 optical glass is high in refractive index, high in melting performance, easy to form, stable in optical constant and high in consistency; without expensive components such as Ta2O5, Bi2O3 and GeO2, the H-ZF72 optical glass is relatively low in cost and can well meet the market demand for optical glass.
本发明公开了一种H‑ZF72光学玻璃及其制备方法,其化学成分的重量份数为NaPO3:5~9份、Ba(PO3)3:1~8份、TiO2:10~18.5份、Nb2O5:42~55份、KPO3:2~3.5份、K2CO3:0.15~0.36份、SiO2:0.5~1.5份、B2O3:2~7份。本发明的H‑ZF72光学玻璃中不含对环境危害很大的PbO、As2O3、CdO,且本产品的折射率(nd)为1.92286~1.92310,阿贝数(Vd)为18.00~19.00。其折射率高,熔化性能良好,易于成型,光学常数稳定,一致性好;不含有价格昂贵的Ta2O5、Bi2O3、GeO2成分,成本较为低,能够较好的满足光学玻璃市场需求。
