Abstract

The invention relates to the field of analysis methods for detecting the weather resistance of titanium dioxide, and especially relates to a method for rapidly detecting the weather resistance of titanium dioxide. A technical problem to be solved in the invention is to provide the method for rapidly detecting the weather resistance of titanium dioxide by adopting the photochemical reaction of alcohol and titanium dioxide as a principle. The method comprises the following steps: 1, detecting a color difference delta E before and after illumination of a reference sample; 2, detecting the delta E of a sample to be detected by using processes in step a to step f in order to obtain the delta E of the sample; and 3, calculating the photocatalytic activity value of the sample. The photochemical reaction principle of the alcohol and the titanium dioxide is creatively used to realize the rapid and accurate detection of the weather resistance of the titanium dioxide. The method greatly shortens the detection time, effectively improves the detection accuracy and the timeliness of a detection result, and is suitable for various occasions needing rapid and accurate detection of the weather resistance of titanium dioxide.
本发明涉及钛白粉耐候性检测分析方法领域,尤其是一种钛白粉耐候性快速检测方法。本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种以醇与钛白粉的光化学反应为原理进行检测,能够实现钛白粉耐候性的快速准确检测的钛白粉耐候性快速检测方法,包括以下步骤:A、首先测定基准样品光照前后的色差ΔE;B、按照上述步骤a至步骤f的方式测定待测钛白样品的ΔE,获得试样的ΔE;C、计算得到样品光催化活性值。本发明创造性利用醇与钛白粉的光化学反应原理,实现了钛白粉耐候性的快速准确检测。不仅大大的缩短了检测所需时间,也有效提高了检测的准确度和检测结果的时效性,更适宜于各种需要进行快速准确的钛白粉耐候性检测的场合。
